We collect this information to allow us to facilitate the support interaction with you. Website Logging

Whenever you interact with our Website server, some metadata about the request and the server's response is logged. This metadata may include your IP address, the resource path requested, the name and version of the software (such as your browser) making the request, what our server's response to the request was, and the date and time the request was logged.

We usually only look at these logs when there is a problem with our website server.

Logs are kept for one (1) week at maximum.

We do not collect any website analytics at this time.
